I entirely delight in brewing beer at home! It has been such a neat hobby. My family has been behind me, but most especially while its time to try my latest venture. I was surprised to learn that it is actually the deep hoppy brews that I prefer. Just wanted to say thank you for the info you've provided along the way, its been helpful.

Thanks James...While I understand the concept behind flash sites for restaurants, they are not functional. What about smartphone compatibility?

Andrew is right, there is a growing population of foodies. Most of us want functionality (menu, location, contact), but the foodies want the story. What's the best way to tell your story? Blogging. It may be in best interest to ditch the flash and start blogging. This way you can touch on both sides of customers.

Thanks for the comment!

Andrew's answer to question 4 was spot on. I too find myself asking the same questions when I visit a restaurant's website. All too often, owners get caught up in the glitz and glam of a flashy site (no pun intended), while neglecting to offer even the most basic information about their business. I understand that they want to stand out, but whatever experience they're trying to convey to customers should be done in person, not through a screen.
